Music is my passion. I love listening to it, I love writing it and I love singing to it. I believe song writing is not something you choose to do but rather it chooses you.

This is my latest and favourite track. I was chatting to my colleague Jo and we were discussing the game you play when you're a kid where you knock on peoples' front doors and run away. She said it was called "Cherry Knocking" and I said it was "Knock Out Ginger". Anyway, our 'heated' debate resulted in me writing a song about knocking on someone's heart.

I was sitting in my kitchen in Colliers Wood about 3 years ago and I wrote this tune in about 30 minutes. It’s about an affair; not involving me but it is about someone close to me. I love this arrangement because one of my great friends Natalie agreed to play the cello for the track. The song is recorded and produced by Pinna Productions.

This song is about those moments when you just want to head off into the sunset. I love performing this song live and it’s definitely one for the girls. I recorded this with Pinna Productions and I have brilliant memories of working with Stuart on drums and Dan on bass who really turned the acoustic version into something bigger.

This was one of the first songs that I played live. I wrote this at university about my then housemate and the compromises you make when you are in a relationship.

I grew up in a village and I loved the idea of writing a song about the characters I admired when I was young. This song definitely explores my darker side and curiosity for people.

This is very simply a song about the frustration of fancying someone who doesn't fancy you.
